Time for Thanks

Stock up this Saturday for turkey day and say thanks for local foods!

Chef Demo with Joe Truex
of Watershed – 10:00 a.m. on 11/17

Chef Demos are sponsored by
Whole Foods Market
We fell in love with Chef Joe Truex at Repast and followed him down Ponce and back up again to his recent post at Watershed. There, he lends his Louisiana style to old favorites and his creative touch to new Southern inspirations. His culinary background includes training in New Orleans at Fairmont Hotel, graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in New York, working at the original Le Cirque under Chef Daniel Boulud, as well as stints in Basel, Switzerland and Las Vegas. We’re oh-so-glad that Chef Truex is now just a couple of blocks down from PRFM, bringing his knowledge of food and wine to bear on an ever-wonderful, ever-expanding Southern table.

Also this week…
Kids Learning Patch
8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Sponsored by The Captain Planet Foundation
Stop by the Kids Learning Patch tent for a family-friendly demo & activity! This week, it’s turkey callers. Gobble, gobble.

Psst…the holidays are coming!
Peachtree Road Farmers Market is open from 9am to 12pm every Saturday through December 15th, so come on by for your holiday shopping—we’ve got food, gifts, or even food gifts (you’re welcome).

Holiday Markets!
Nov. 24th & Dec. 15th

look for us inside
PRFM moves indoors for two special dates of holiday shopping! Give local this year, with choices from fine foods like bacon, hot chocolate, and artisanal jams to crafts from 35 local artists (think handmade baskets, fabric art, glass, jewelry, wood creations, cutting boards, bird houses, candles, blooming bulbs, plants, glass beads and more!). Just can’t decide? PRFM has gift cards, too. So, bring the family for some good food and fun shopping this holiday. We’ll see you inside the Cathedral of St. Philip!
