"Fall"ow that beard (again)!

Chef Demo with
Kevin Gillespie
of Woodfire Grill
10:00 a.m. on 9/17

Chef Demos are sponsored by
Whole Foods Market

The anticipation of fall has made us just that “punny,” y’all. But in all seriousness, we’re excited to welcome back acclaimed chef and recent cartoon star Kevin Gillespie to the PRFM demo tent. His passion for using local, organic, and sustainable ingredients is unwavering and his food is a testament to the delicious results. For a taste of the much-deserved praise Gillespie’s received, check out last year’s blog post. This year, he’s been up to just a few more things…working on two cookbooks and partnering with Morelli’s Ice Cream on a second location complete with seasonal sundaes. Oh, and a little thing like getting married. In his spare time (which we can’t believe he has much of), he enjoys camping, playing music and barbecuing. You won’t want to miss this Saturday’s demo—local food from one of our favorite local gents.

P.S. Market Gift Certificates are now available—perfect for everyone and every occasion because, hey, everyone loves good food!
