Fall is in the air

This Week at PRFM
OK, we’re not going to lie, we may have done a “thank you, weather” dance this week because fall is definitely coming, y’all. With that crisp air comes pears and apples, so be sure and grab some at this week’s PRFM! And do a little dance, maybe (we won’t judge).

Chef Demo with Todd Ginsberg
of
Bocado — 10:00 a.m. on 9/10
Chef Demos are sponsored by
Whole Foods Market
He’s not just the guy who creates that amazingly delicious “other burger” over on the Westside. Well, he is that guy (thanks, Chef), but he’s also an honor grad from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in some mighty fine kitchens—from the award-winning The Dining Room at The Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta to Paris’ acclaimed Lucas Carton restaurant to launching Madison's in Highlands, N.C. From there, Ginsberg moved to New York City where he applied his talents at the world-renowned Alain Ducasse. But we’re oh-so-glad he decided to return to the ATL, where he joined Concentrics Restaurants and made his mark as opening executive chef at TAP and went on to serve as chef at TROIS. Ginsberg’s since branched out on his own to open Bocado, now in its second year, to rave reviews—from being named one of Atlanta Magazine’s “Best New Restaurants” to one of AJC dining critic John John Kessler’s “new favorites” to a shout-out in The Wall Street Journal’s article “The New New South.” At Bocado, you can enjoy lunch and dinner featuring fresh produce from PRFM farmers, which is just another reason why we’ve got nothing but rave reviews for Chef Ginsberg, too. Oh, and that burger…
