Chef Zeb
Stevenson has been pretty busy since his PRFM demo last year…not only has he held it down at the Georgian Terrace’s
cooler-than-cool LivingstonRestaurant, he’s recently debuted Proof
and Provision in the basement of the joint, too. And it’s one happenin’ joint.
Zeb’s style of marrying local ingredients with contemporary American and international influences inspires
both menus, with white tablecloths upstairs and “real fun” reinvented bar-bites
downstairs. It’s a best of both worlds kind of thing, we’d say. And when he’s
not busy in the kitchen(s), Zeb keeps his creative juices flowing as a musician,
painter, coffee roaster, and cyclist. Stop by the demo tent this Saturday for his
creative take on local + international: Thai Chicken Salad featuring pasture-raised
poultry from Heritage Farms.
