And it’s no wonder others love him, too—with a culinary pedigree that began with Pachamama’s in Kansas, then training with the “first lady of Italian cuisine,” Lidia Bastianich, and working as executive chef at Lidia’s in Pittsburgh, Richards knows how to deliver fresh, crave-worthy dishes.
